Terms of Service for fusou

  • Users understand and agree that the App will access their Google Drive storage to create, edit, or delete specific files related to the App.
  • The developer is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended file modifications resulting from the use of the App.

4. Prohibited Acts When using the App, users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
  • Using the App for illegal purposes or in a manner that violates public order and morals.
  • Acts that interfere with the servers or networks of the App or Google services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty The App is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • The developer does not guarantee that the App is free from errors or bugs.
  • Important: The developer is not responsible for any penalties, bans, or account suspensions imposed by the game operator resulting from the use of this App. Users use this App at their own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
